All valve. My tip for the day dont use any pedals with this barbarian as it is not polite. And the baloney on the amp bliss any added amp into the ground. Not as able as the 900 as not aged so alone for the die harder metal heads, the apple-pie accent is acid and brittle so abundant for ska.NUX Metal Core 3. Vox Ac30 - this is a absolutely appropriate amp.very balmy and mellow. Creamy accent and able-bodied respected. This amp has stood the analysis of time.
